[ ] COMMODITY : JET FUEL JP54 (AVIATION KEROSENE COLONICAL GRADE 54) 

FOB Rotterdam is USD53 per bbl and USD50 perbbl net to the buyer with Limit IATA Plat USD71perbbl.

CIF Rotterdam is USD57 per bbl and USD54 perbbl net to the buyer with Limit IATA Plat USD71perbbl.

CIF ASWP  is USD60 per bbl and USD57 perbbl net to the buyer with Limit IATA Plat USD71perbbl. 

For JPA1 must add USD3perbbl.
 

PROCEDURES:

The Buyer provides ICPO with full banking coordinates.
Seller Issues FCO, Buyer sign the FCO on the acceptance of the terms and procedures.
Seller provides Draft Contract to Buyer, revise and confirm by initial. Seller and Buyer exchange the signed contract via electronic mail, which shall be deemed legally binding and enforceable. The contract will registered in Seller's and Buyer's banks within 2 Banking Days after signing.
The Buyer's Bank issue the BG/SBLC/LPG ICC458 Text by swift MT799, within 7 to 10 International Banking Days.
The Seller provide part POP & Non-Operative 2% PB within 10 to 20 Banking Days from the confirmation and acceptance swift MT799 text.
Buyer's Bank issue and swift BG/SBLC/LPG ICC458 by swift MT760 within 7 Banking Days.
Seller provides Full POP to the Buyer's Bank.
      POP shall consist of the following documents:
            Copy of License to export issued by the Russian Ministry of Energy.
            Copy of Approval to export issued by the Russian Ministry of Finance.
            Copy of Statement of Availability of the Product.
            Copy of Charter Party Agreement (s) to transport the product to discharge or Authority    number, name of loading port  and contract number.
7. Seller charter ships according to Charter Party agreement and shipments ETA.
8. Seller provides SGS report at Loading Port/ Tanker Receipts to the Buyer/ Buyers Bank. The buyer  issue MT103/23 on TT payment base on the shipments delivery.
9. First shipment delivery will be within 30 to 45 International Banking Days after acceptance Bank  Instrument Guarantee swift MT760.
10. Product is delivered as per Contract.
