Procedure to be followed is as under:
1. Buyers issue ICPO with bank details and permission to carry out soft probe.
2. Seller issue FCO which buyrs seal/sign with ICC warning letter and return to seller
3. Seller issue draft contract to buyers which seal/sign and return to seller.
4. After receipt of sealed/signed contract, seller send allocation letter to buyers in PDF file.
5. Buyers send POF to seller bank
6. Seller send POP to buyers bank
7. Buyers open an irrevocable confirmed Non-Transferable letter of credit.
